After 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts, your account will be automatically locked for 15 minutes. You can try again after 15 minutes. If you remain locked out for an extended period, Help Centre contact us.

On the login page, select the "OTP Login" tab. Enter your registered phone number and tap "Send OTP." A 6-digit code will arrive within 2 minutes. Enter the code to log in instantly — no password needed.

For security reasons, PKBD limits simultaneous logins across multiple devices. Logging in on a new device may automatically log out any existing session. This is in place to protect your account.

If you can't remember your username, log in using your phone number or OTP instead. After logging in, you can find your username in your profile settings. If you still have trouble, contact support with your registered phone number.

If a PKBD account remains completely inactive for 12 months, our dormant account policy may apply. A warning email is sent before this happens. Simply logging in at any time will reactivate your account.
