1 General Terms & Conditions

PKBD (pkbd.click) is an international online betting and gaming platform operating under a Curacao eGaming license. By using this website, you confirm that you:

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All PKBD bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of those terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only.
• The welcome bonus applies to a minimum deposit of ৳500.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet, distinct from your main wallet.

6 Betting Rules & Settlement

• Bets will be settled at the odds displayed before the match begins.
• Odds in live betting change in real time — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• PKBD reserves the right to void bets due to technical errors, server issues, or abnormal odds.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the remaining selections are used to settle the bet.
• In the event of any dispute over results, PKBD's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkbd. Violating these rules may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of your balance.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system (bonus arbitrage, chaining, etc.).
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Transacting through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Colluding with third-party tipsters or betting services.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the PKBD system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting other users.

8 Account Closure, Suspension & Forfeiture

• PKBD may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.
• If fraud is proven, your entire balance may be forfeited.
• Users may also close their own account — any withdrawable balance will be returned upon closure.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12+ months) may be subject to an inactivity fee.
